Privacy Promise

At eAction.info I respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Promise covers our collection, use and disclosure of information collected through this website and service. eAction.info became necessary when I needed a small site for marketing re-direct pages.

This Privacy Promise describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through this service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which YOU have come to visit and engage in it.

Here’s what I do – and, more importantly, don’t do – with any information you provide to me.

If You Are a Customer

For the time being, Bouquet of Enterprises Inc., which owns all my websites, still very little for direct sale, except some ebooks. If you buy one you are a customer. All information I receive about Customers is held in strict confidence. In fact since sales are handled off my site but third party processors such as PayPal or Clickbank, I do not see or receive your financial data at all.

When you are about to purchase something, you are passed to a secure server with a third-party, such as PayPal. They notify me by email when the sale is completed. Aside from writing to thank you, and to see that you get what your ordered, I do not use your name and email or purchase details for anything else.

For sure, I do not sell or share your information with anyone! I only collect information like your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information so we can provide the product(s) you ordered, as described in my Privacy Promise on eAction.info. (That is the page you are reading).

eAction.info IS tied to my main mailing list called the eAction LIST. Here also, your name and email address is as safe as anything can be on the internet. My Privacy Promise to you is that I will share, rent or lend out your subscription information with anyone. That has been my ethical standard from the time I first started sending emails on the internet in 1999.

If You are in a European Country

I am well aware of your General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the extra protection this is meant to give European citizens. This Privacy document provides all those special rights and privileges that law to every visitor that comes to this site, eAction.info.

Legal Disclaimer

Although I can hardly see how this could become necessary, I reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings or similar legal process, when I believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

Access To Personal Information

Upon request I will provide you with information about whether I hold any of your personal information, and what that is. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by contacting me via this contact form.

(Because I have recently had my own identity stolen, I will also be cautious about giving out information without first confirming that you are who you say you are, and have a right to request such changes).

I will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services. I will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with my legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

I follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about security on our website, you can contact us directly.

What are Cookies?

Cookies on the web are small pieces of text sent by our website to your web browser. A cookie file is stored in your web browser and allows our system, and some other service providers to recognize you and make your next visit easier and our service more useful to you.

eAction.info includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from here. If you submit personal information to any of those websites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. I encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit. (Yes, I know, that can be a big chore!) This privacy policy applies only to information collected by THIS website, eAction.info.

Personal Notes

I rejoice when I see by the STATS that this site has had returning visitors, but I could never track you down with that bit of information. It is totally harmless to you.

I, Ruth, personally have very high Christian standards for my personal and business ethics. Therefore, from the very beginning of my life online, since 1999, I have bent backwards to be honest, fair, and to treat others with respect.

Sincerely Wishing to Bless You,
Ruth Marlene Friesen
